Shipping

We ship across India. Orders are packed within 1–2 working days and usually arrive in 4–8 working days. Standard delivery is a flat on orders up to and including ; delivery is free on orders above . You will get an email when your order ships.

Returns, exchanges & refunds

If the size does not fit or the item is damaged or different from what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will exchange it or refund you. Items must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging. Nighties and innerwear can be returned only if sealed and unopened, for hygiene reasons.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of us receiving the item.

Terms of use

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Product colours may look slightly different on your screen. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error, and will refund any payment in full.

Privacy

We collect your name, email, phone and delivery address only to process and deliver your order, to keep your account and order history if you create one, and to contact you about it. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on PayU’s secure page and never reach our servers. We do not sell your data. To have your data deleted, email us.
